Summary
The Enhancer dashboard is a free tool for managing chat badges and nickname styles, maintained as a hobby project by igorovh in Poland. By signing in and using it, you agree to these terms.
- The service is free and provided as is, without uptime or support guarantees.
- You sign in with your own Twitch, Kick, or Discord account and are responsible for what your account does here.
- Badges and nicknames are public. Do not submit anything illegal, infringing, misleading, or harassing.
- Staff review submissions and may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms.
Questions about these terms: [email protected].
The service
The dashboard lets you connect platform identities, manage channels you own or are invited to, submit badges and nickname styles for review, assign them to people, and moderate content as staff. It works together with the Enhancer browser extension, which displays the published badges and styles in chat. How the extension handles data is described separately in the extension Privacy Policy.
We may change, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, for example to keep it maintainable or secure. Where a change materially affects you, we will give reasonable notice on the site or in the dashboard before it takes effect.
Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum age of the platform you use to sign in, and comply with that platform's own terms. One person should use one dashboard account; do not share access or sign in as someone else.
Your profile name and avatar mirror your connected Twitch or Kick identity and stay under that platform's control. Keep your platform accounts secure: anything done through your dashboard session is treated as done by you until you sign out or tell us the account is compromised.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit badges, names, descriptions, or nickname styles that are illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringe someone else's rights, including trademarks and copyrighted images or fonts you have no right to use;
- impersonate another person, channel, brand, or the project itself;
- use the service to spam, phish, distribute malware, or attack the service or its users;
- collect other users' data from the service for unrelated purposes;
- circumvent review, bans, suspensions, rate limits, or access controls.
Submissions go through staff review before they appear publicly. Review is a quality and safety gate, not an endorsement of your content.
Intellectual property
Only submit images, fonts, names, and descriptions you have the right to use. If you believe dashboard content infringes your rights, report it to [email protected]: identify the badge and channel and describe how you can show authorship. We review every report promptly and remove infringing content.
Channel teams
Channel owners can invite team members and grant them roles. Invitations are single-use links that expire after seven days; never publish an invite link where strangers can find it.
Team members act on behalf of the channel. Owners and managers are expected to keep their team list current and to remove people who no longer need access. If you accept a team role, the channel's existing team and staff can see your membership.
Enforcement
If these terms are broken, or to protect the service and its users, staff may: reject or remove content, revoke assignments, suspend a channel's public display, or ban a user, a platform identity, or a channel, temporarily or permanently.
We aim to enforce proportionately and to give reasons for significant decisions. If you believe a decision was wrong, write to [email protected] and we will take another look.
Availability and liability
The dashboard is a free hobby project. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and without any guaranteed availability, response time, or support. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions, data loss, or decisions made in good-faith moderation.
Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer or data protection law. How we handle your data is described in the Dashboard Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version and update date are shown on this page. Continued use after updated terms take effect counts as acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the dashboard and request deletion of your account as described in the privacy policy.
