Signing in

When you choose to log in, the extension opens our login server at auth.enhancer.at, where you sign in with Twitch or Kick. We do not see your password. Your sign-in is kept encrypted in your browser, and a copy of your profile, badges, plan and nickname style is kept so the settings panel opens quickly. Signing out removes the sign-in; the copy is removed the next time the extension needs it. What our servers keep about your account, including the email address of a Twitch account, is described in the Dashboard Privacy Policy.

People with badges

Badges and nickname styles are assigned at a person's own request, by a channel team, by the project maintainers, or as perks of a paid or granted plan. To display them, we keep public Twitch and Kick profile information, such as identifiers, logins and display names, and make the assignments available to every extension user. Submitted badges and nicknames are checked by an automated moderation service, as described in the Dashboard Privacy Policy. If you do not want a badge or nickname style, write to us and we will remove it.

Data we do not collect

Legal basis

We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running, securing and improving the free service and its community features (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), and to meet legal obligations such as answering data protection requests (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).

Project maintainers access service data for administration and support. Our infrastructure and email providers are listed in Third Party Services. If you write to us, we receive your email address and message, and keep them as long as needed to handle the conversation.

Chrome Web Store User Data Policy

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
